In the third quarter 2024 GSC has been involved in the following activities and projects:
- Coordination and payment arrangements with Open tournaments granted FIDE Aid Packages 2024
- Coordination of the FIDE Circuit 2024 project and communication with top players on related issues
- Preparation and holding meetings with (potential) partners and sponsors – Freedom Finance, Scheinberg family, WR Group, NBC, BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, Brainrocket, Coca-Cola, Mahindra, Sony Sports, Nagra and others
- Preparation of joint projects with chess.com, lichess.com
- Negotiations with potential organisers of World Championship Matches 2024, World R&B 2024, Women’s GP 2024-25, World Cups 2025
- Negotiations with potential sponsors of WRBTC 2024
- Holding the Candidates Tournaments 2024
- Preparing and holding the World Corporate 2024
- Coordinating the preparation of WRBTC 2024
- Preparing players’ assignments for WGP Tournaments 2024
- Preparing R&B 2024 (e.g. inspections, determining the venue)
